  • Father Stephen Williams

    Rev Toni Wein

    Toni had been serving in church leadership for over 8 years in the Port Stephens area and did some chaplaincy work for Samaritans and Anglican Care before joining the Glenrock Parish as the Rector in December 2022, following the completion of her Graduate Theological studies and ordination as a Priest.

    Toni has a heart for community, discipleship, fellowship and social justice.

  • Bob Peattie

    Rev. Bob Peattie

    Bob started work as a Fitter & Tuner at BHP before becoming a Youth Worker with Newcastle Youth Service working with young people on the streets. He later established his own Risk Insurance business and after 45 years retired and sold the business. Bob has been a Priest-in-Local Mission for over ten years and long term support person for The GAPs Kinship Care Group. He is married to Grace and together they have 11 grandchildren. Bob is a life- long student of the Bible and accomplished golfer as Australian Seniors Left Handed Champion 2006.

  • Karen Lizasoain

    Karen Lizasoain, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

    Karen has lived and worked in the Newcastle area for over thirty years. After working as a primary teacher she moved to TAFE to teach work skills, adult numeracy and literacy and English as a Second Language to migrant students. Karen later worked with Samaritans as coordinator of a project for disadvantaged families. She is a passionate advocate for social justice and restoration of our planet.

  • Bev Rigby

    Bev Rigby, PASTORAL CARE COORDINATOR

    Bev has lived and worshipped in the Charlestown area for 50 years. Trained in Spiritual Direction and Clinical Pastoral Education she is aware of the gift of reflectively listening to build mutual relationships and companion others on their journey through life. In her ministry with Glenrock Anglican Bev seeks to support the building of loving, respectful relationships with each other and with God.

  • Loraine Pearce-Adams

    Lorraine Pearce-Adams, PARISH SECRETARY

    Lorraine has spent her life seeking to be the heart, hands and feet of Jesus. She has served in various Christian groups in Australia and abroad. Lorraine feels blessed to be a part of the vibrant community of Glenrock Anglican where there is opportunity to further grow in faith and love of Christ. Lorraine is also co-ordinator of our Kahibah Kid’s Playgroup which is very close to her heart.

  • Jack Francis

    Jack Francis, SAFE MINISTRY OFFICER

    Jack spent most of his working life as a Project Manager in the steel and chemical industries. Post retirement he managed Friendship House (Samaritans program) for eight years, which supports ex-prison inmates to start a new life. Jack has a desire for learning and completed a Certificate in Theology and Education for Ministry.

    The universe, God’s place in it, and our relationship with God fascinates Jack. He and his wife Karen are passionate about addressing climate change and protecting our planet.

    Jack is also the Parish WHS & Safe Ministry Officer.

  • Parish Council

    Parish Council is the governing body for Glenrock Anglican Church and is made up of the Parish Clergy and the following elected and ex-officio members.
