Glenrock “Forest Bathing” Meditation Walk

•Date: Saturday 16 December 2023 – from 7:30am

•Details: Meet at Glenrock Carpark for a brief instruction talk
before joining the quiet meditative forest bathing walk to the
Lagoon lookout (about 20 mins).  Lots of opportunity to discuss
and share on the return walk.  Optional return to Kahibah for a
shared morning coffee (venue TBA).

•Our Purpose: Treat yourself to some meditative time with
God in the midst of hectic Christmas preparations in beautiful Glenrock bush.
